QJ type well submersible electric pump is an energy-saving product designed according to China national standards. It is mainly used to extract groundwater from deep wells, and is also widely used in agricultural irrigation, drainage in cities, industrial enterprises and plateaus water supply. Water for humans and animals in mountainous areas and pressurized water for high-rise buildings. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, no secondary pollution, convenient installation, operation and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and no need for a pump room.
The water pump is of centrifugal pump or mixed-flow pump, with water-lubricated bearings, and is rigidly connected with the motor by a coupling. The impeller of the water pump rotates under the drive of the motor to generate centrifugal force, which increases the energy of the liquid and lifts water through the diversion of the pump casing. There is a check valve body on the upper end of the water pump to prevent the water in the pumping pipe from flowing back and damaging the working parts when the pump is shut down. There is a drain hole on the valve, which can slowly release the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter.
